Feasibility Planning
Feasibility planning is the most important of the three phases. It includes the development of personnel and space forecast, identifies new ideas to save space, determines the budget costs of the move, establishes a block layout, and starts looking for a site or building.
Facilities Layout
Using the block layout, determines the inter-department relationship flow for the orderly expansion stages, prepares a detail layout (on CAD) for office, warehouse, plant, yard, and prepares detail specifications for the new building.
Move Management
We manage the move to minimize the business interruption using a qualified mover using a customized relocation plan. The move is managed by a consultant at each location to control the actual move.
Part of the move management will be the vendor monitoring to select a vendor, keep the vendor on time and budget for a successful move.
